While news about this has come out, Trump has given a big blow to Pakistan . The US has put Pakistan on the list of dangerous countries. Therefore, the Trump administration has issued guidelines that American citizens should not go to Pakistan.

 

What are the Trump administration’s guidelines? Pakistan is a security threat due to terrorism and the potential for armed conflict. The Trump administration has urged American citizens to reconsider their travel to Pakistan. In a statement, the US State Department warned that militant groups are planning attacks, especially in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces. Militants could carry out small or large-scale attacks. Militants could target transportation hubs, shopping malls, military installations, airports, universities and places of worship. American employees working in Pakistan have also been advised not to attend large gatherings. A threat warning has also been issued for major cities like Islamabad. The security situation in Pakistan is unstable. Due to this, American citizens have been asked to reconsider traveling to Pakistan. US President Donald Trump will issue an executive order next week. The executive order will ban citizens of Pakistan and Afghanistan from entering the United States, according to a report by the news agency ‘Reuters’.

 

Meanwhile, the Institute for Economics and Peace in Australia has published a report. According to it, terrorism in Pakistan is the second highest in the world in the global index. The organization has prepared this report after surveying 163 countries covering 99.7 percent of the world’s population. It has said that there has been a significant increase in terrorist violence in Pakistan. Especially in the western provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, where groups like Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and Balochistan Liberation Army have targeted civilians and security forces.
